Usage statement Waardecyclus and Besluitflow.

The Waardecyclus and Besluitflow were developed by Ben Zandvliet. All intellectual property rights belong to Growbility B.V., Noordewierweg 156, 3812 DP Amersfoort, the Netherlands. This covers the names, the model, the elaboration of the method and all related materials.

• Trademarks. The names Waardecyclus and Besluitflow are registered trademarks at the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP).
• Design. The image of the Waardecyclus, with its rings, segments and core, is a registered design at BOIP.
• Copyright. Copyright applies to the texts, images, structure, terminology, exercises, readers, presentations and software.
• Date. The material has been dated through an i-DEPOT at BOIP.

Without permission you may:

• use the Waardecyclus for your own development and to improve your own conversations;
• use the model internally within your own organisation, without selling it or offering it as a service;
• write, speak or post about the Waardecyclus to inform or inspire others, with credit to the source;
• link to salescoachnederland.nl.

• Using the names Waardecyclus or Besluitflow, or the model, commercially in training, coaching, consulting or keynotes.
• Copying, distributing, translating or adapting the model, readers, exercises or other material.
• Building the model or the method into software, apps or AI applications.
• Bringing a model to market that resembles the Waardecyclus in appearance or structure so closely that confusion arises.
• Registering or using trademarks, trade names, domain names or social media accounts confusingly similar to Waardecyclus or Besluitflow.
• Presenting yourself as a certified Waardecyclus trainer or partner without a valid certificate or licence.
